"The photographs of TIA on the website does do justice to the ambiance, serenity and hospitality that envelopes the reality of the TIA experience. We had a fabulous time. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the resort was very clean in every way, quiet, serene, the light reflecting on the surface of the pools in the morning was magical. The staff including manager Mike (Quan), Japanese interpreter Trang, spa therapists Uyen & Nhung, the buffet hospitality team, the cleaning crew, just everyone...

"Very disappointing as the pictures and reviews looked good. Most misleading was the pool that is actually 2 streets and 150yds away in what looks like another abandoned hotel. My room was dark, the view was a wall 1m away and there was a generator loud whining noise all night. I asked to move room after one night as it was not the type of room i booked. They said they couldn’t move me so I left. They have refused a refund for the following two nights. "

"My fiancée and I had an amazing stay at Grandvrio Ocean Resort Danang! We booked the Grand Deluxe Double Room, and it was perfect for us!! The king-size bed was comfy, the room was spotless, and the patio overlooking the greenery felt peaceful and private. One thing that impressed us most was how immaculate the resort was. The grounds, pools, restaurants, and common areas were beautifully maintained. You can tell the resort takes pride in keeping everything beautiful. The staff provided white-glove service! Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance—greeted us warmly with genuine smiles wherever we went. Their hospitality did NOT go unnoticed! We booked the breakfast and massage package for a great value! The Asian breakfast buffet was our favorite, 10/10! The food was delicious and the unlimited Vietnamese coffee was a HUGE bonus. The spa treatments were fantastic, especially the facial and foot massage. We were also surprised to learn the resort has an on-site nurse whom assessed my fiancée symptoms when he felt unwell and provided medication, which we appreciated. From the food and spa to the outstanding service, this resort gave us the chance to relax, recharge, and enjoy a worry-free vacation. Whether sunbathing on the private beach, enjoying beachside massages, practicing yoga, playing volleyball or soccer, swimming in the pools, or strolling the grounds, there was always something to do. We cannot wait to return!"
"The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Fantastic breakfast was tons a space and lovely views. The rooftop pool was spectacular and an easy place to enjoy the afternoon when it’s too hot to walk around town."
"All staff were friendly, smiling, and went out of their way to say hello, good morning, and enjoy your stay. Their exemplary customer service and attention to details is evident of the hotel management leadership and staff training. Welcome messages came to us months before arrival. Upon arrival, we were guided to sit at the lounge while they started paperwork for us. Welcome drinks, cold wet face towels, and orchid lei to wear and they took our photos. The front desk lady came and sat down with us to explain the hotel amenities and regulations, and completed the check-in process seated drinking a welcome drink. The very large Oceanfront room was very clean and spacious. They also did provide two bottled waters complimentary per day, and we received free laundry of five items per day (a promotion I believe). The amenities were perfect with a lovely rooftop pool & bar that overlooks the ocean and beach front across the street. There were beautiful view of the city and the Lady Pagoda on the mountain. The breakfast buffet food selection and made to order eggs and noodle soups were absolutely amazing and delicious at the restaurant. A wonderful couples getaway! There may be a newer beachfront hotel nearby and we stayed there as well, but this hotel’s exemplary customer service, high quality and food selection, amenities, are top notch and what makes it truly a 5-star hotel experience. Our 6-night stay was so fabulous that we booked our 21-night stay at the hotel again for 2027!"
"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning, peaceful, and a perfect escape from the busy city atmosphere. Although the location is a little far from Da Nang city centre, the quiet surroundings and beachfront setting make up for it.
The buffet breakfast is sensational, and honestly the food across all the restaurants was incredible. The dining experience was probably the highlight of our stay and one of the main reasons I’d consider returning.
The rooms are also beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the service unfortunately did not match what I would expect from a luxury resort. Pool service was extremely slow, often requiring us to ask multiple times for simple things.
Housekeeping was also disappointing on several occasions. After spending the day by the pool, I would return to my room around 4pm expecting it to be refreshed, only to find no fresh towels, no bottled water, and room service dishes from the previous night still sitting on the table. For a luxury hotel, that level of service feels below standard.
Overall, the resort has amazing facilities, fantastic food, and a beautiful beach, but the inconsistent service lets it down. Would I stay at the Hyatt again? I’m honestly not sure — the food would probably be the main reason I’d return."
"The hotel is located at the far end of My Khe Beach, in a quiet area away from the nightlife, which was very convenient for us.
The room was spotless, and the highlight for me was the air conditioning. It was perfectly cold, which felt amazing after a long day at the beach.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and we never felt that anything was missing.
The only downside was the lifts. The hotel has four lifts, three for guests and one for service, but they were extremely slow. At times, we had to wait 10–15 minutes. The hotel was clearly busy, but it is big enough that you do not really feel it."
"Excellent location if you like a beach holiday but also like to visit Hoi An and Da Nang.
Pools and beach are clean ans enjoyable. Breakfast was ver good with plot of sweet and savoury options."
