"Booked a room for next day and couldn’t stay. It was a pay at the hotel. I couldn’t cancel it at all because there is no option to cancel if it’s not more than 24 hours but there was no note about it and I was charged anyway. Hotels .com reached out and were ignored for days. I tried calling and wasn’t offered any empathy and help at all. So please be careful if you are booking within 24 hours. Get the insurance just in case you end up with an emergency and cant cancel."

"Amenities? What amenities? Horrible place I had better accommodations in Uganda. Dirty floors, bathroom, refrigerator. All gross. Sleep? Forget it with 1-4 speed way out the window. Might as well had no window. Moldy room, big blob of hair on the floor and sucks pee spots all over the carpet and down the hall. Pillows smelled like vomit and mildew. Never again even if it was free."

"This was one of my top stays ever! I've always been a Hilton girl and this trip proved exactly why. I had hotel staff checking in with me daily to ensure a comfortable stay. There was an issue with the AC one night; maintenance came right away and I was assigned a new room immediately to accommodate. Thank you Hilton for always being my number one choice!"

"A hotel reservation was made online by me, her mother, on 5/31/2026 for my daughter, Desirae' T. Regrettably, when she arrived at the desk of The Embassy Suites hotel on the same day of the booking, she was unable to check in because she did not possess a physical card for incidentals, despite having the necessary booking confirmation. Following this incident, I promptly reached out to Expedia to request a cancellation and refund. After 2 days of waiting without any updates regarding the status, I contacted the GM of the Embassy hotel, who confirmed that the reservation had indeed been canceled & that my refund would be processed through Expedia. Unfortunately, the process has been quite prolonged & I have yet to see any refund reflected in my account. My grievance lies not with the Embassy Suites, but rather with Expedia itself. I am left uncertain if I have been scammed or not. After numerous emails & calls to Expedia in an effort to retrieve my funds, I found it necessary to involve the BBB & VISA to dispute all charges."
