"So much fun"

"The hotel was great! I should have done a bit more research though on the activities & entertainment that was provided. I assumed that since they had water slides and a children’s area, that it wouldn’t be so catered to drunk young adults. It is definitely a party place! If you want to party, then stay in the RIU Party area (buildings 6-9); otherwise, if you’re travelling with children, stay in buildings 1-5. It’s not uncommon to have very loud, drunk people screaming & yelling & still partying when they get back to their rooms. The rooms were large and comfortable. Well stocked. Many pools to choose from. All swim up bars/pools are adults only. Lots of activities to keep people busy throughout the day. Food was delicious. Multiple restaurants that do not need reservations which was great! Staff are extremely attentive. The beach was off limits and were not allowed in the ocean due to the strong waves. Disappointed but that’s not an issue with the resort. This is just to give you a heads up. Lastly, do NOT take taxis anywhere. Order an Uber. So much cheaper! "

"Overall it was a good trip to thr hard rock. Most employees were very nice and understanding. Most…. Thr pool/towel police were not understanding and had different views on what there jobs were. One day they allowed people to leave towels and belongings to hold and the next day they were enforcing 30 minute mandates to be there or things were removed and sent to lost and found. Two different employees gave us two different explanations. I would have thought they would be on the same page. Then the staff at the front desk were a bit chippy. When we checked in it went very smooth but a few employees during the week weren’t the kindness but whatever, they have right to be rude or nice. My wife cut her leg shaving night before. Went to bed with a bandaid on, the bandaid must have moved mid night and small amount of blood got on the sheet. We were honest and told the cleaning staff. Next thing you know we’re being approached by front staff to sign paperwork to purchase the sheets. Hmmmm, we’ve already spent $5000 to be there and an accident occurred. Ok, we paid it because obviously that sheet was worth more than a happy customer. Next time we will just lie and act like nothing happened. All in all good trip but wouldn’t go back there. Love Cabo but time to try a new place. "

"It was a beautiful hotel, good size rooms and very clean, too small gym, not many options for fitness, the spa is good. Entrance experience (lobby) not to good, and comments from some staff members are not welcoming. Restaurants good but service is slow. Some empty spaces and not willing to open service for those areas. Pool areas are nice and good service. Many lifeguards around. And the concierge experience is very personal and are very helpful if need something for your stay or restaurant reservation. "

"The villages are nice, but the resort is overcrowded and the food is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get any space near or in the pool and getting around is a hassle."

"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "
