Everything was good. We notified the front desk of a water leak from the bathroom sink on Sunday morning. A ticket was made for Maintenance to handle after we checked out on Monday morning. They offered profusely to move us to another room but we declined. We had a suite and could use the kitchen sink. Breakfast staff were professional, even willingly cleaning up when another guest (young kid) got sick in the dining area. Enjoyed our stay very much.
As a lifelong Floridian, we saw snow for the first time in my 59 years.

Pool closed for weekend.

Room was fantastic but the amenities failed. Maintenance decided to close the pool on Friday/Saturday of all days for cleaning! Really, couldn’t they have done this on slower days like Monday/Tuesday!?! 3 kids were not happy. That was a miss Marriot.

Remote location but very nice & roomy. Clean/comfy

Loved the big room & nice pool & lobby & pet friendly clean hotel. The location was a bit remote. In the side lot of a store (Lowe’s) parking lot. But it was quiet & felt safe. There was another hotel right across the small parking lot that had a bar & restaurant in it. So we walked over there for dinner & drinks. Super convenient & no car needed. There really wasn’t any other restaurants close by, so that saved us after a long day of driving. Nice rooms-kitchen, counter island w/stools, couch, desk & roomy vanity area.

Front desk staff (and housekeeping) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our three year old is visually impaired and has some other health problems, and the staff simply made sure we had all we needed to take care of him and have a worry-free stay

Room was pretty clean, only thing I did not like was that the maids came in our room when we weren’t there, they said to change the bed sheets even though I had do not disturb on the door. It was only my daughter and I staying for two nights, why would we need our sheets changed? I didn’t notice anything missing but kind of felt violated a little. They left a note and said since we had personal belongings on the bed they could not change the sheets or make the bed. Other than that, nice place, pretty good staff, pool had to much chlorine. I did enjoy our stay!

it’s was very nice and clean and the service was wonderful. The breakfast was very limited when we went for breakfast, while the coffee was gone and empty. We tried to make tea but the water was cold and no hot water. The breakfast was really disappointing and the next morning was the same situation.

We booked this hotel in desperation after abandoning our original hotel due to serious issues. They graciously allowed us to check in at noon, and the room was marvelous. A 2-bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms. Everything was incredibly clean, well-kept and well-stocked. Breakfast the next day was good, and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. This was easily the best hotel we stayed at on our 5-night road trip.

Room was very Clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was convenient but ice maker in freezer did not work. Ice was available just down the hall so not really an issue. Open floor plan of studio was nice. Large TV swiveled easily so you could watch from bed or the sofa. I would return again.
