"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. "It was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was helpful. My only bad experience was the coffee and tea served at breakfast. I tried your breakfast on my first morning. I don't think I have ever had worse coffee than what you served there. The tea selection was also very cheap. Because of the coffee experience, I decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of my stay."
