The hotel was in an amazing location just across the river from the Altstadt. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The property is very well maintained and the amenities are great. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the lobby bar was great for drinks. We did eat at The Sacher Grill and the food and service were 5*.

I would like to suggest to the other front desk staff (I don't know his name, he was a man with glasses and a slight beard) that Thai people don't drink tap water, and a 5-star hotel shouldn't refuse to provide clean bottled drinking water. Everything else is okay.
