"Hotel was well located, central to the City Centre, facilities were OK, hotel just felt a little dated and in need of some refurbishment. Staff were excellent and very helpful"

"This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not. "
