"I have never been so miserable in Negril. After a 13 hour flight, i arrived at the property to a locked gate. I called and called for the owner to let us in. She told us that Hotels.com had made no reservation for me to stay for 3 weeks. Eventually, she found the reservation, allocated us a room but said I'd have to transfer to another room in 4 days because the room was booked to a regular guest ! The pool is perfect to cool down in after getting the sunny exposure the afternoons provide. "Country Country really stood up to the challenge of taking care of their guests during the week following the arrival of Hurricane Melissa. They did their best to provide us with food, electricity and water. All this while their private life was being devasted by the hurricane. Well done, Monique and Staff, for being on top of things. I now know that I have the best choice of hotel for my holiday. Will be back again at CC!"
