Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. "Pictures are deceiving. Looks great online, but not the best in person, specifically the rooms. They don’t provide towels daily, as you have to ask for them, if you want fresh ones. The food options are not the best. Website shows more options and the opening hours is not the best. Overall the food is just okay. They also have a lack of enough patio/beach chair and covering of shade. They are lacking in providing update maintenance on items:cabanas, beach chairs, lighting, overhead cover on a lunch building, and wood flooring by pools. "
