"We really loved our 4 day stay here. Everything about it. But the thing that stood out for us was the genuinely thoughtful and caring staff. They really go above and beyond to making you feel like you are special without being intrusive. I’ve been to 5 star resorts but nothing compares. So many perks. They have the best breakfast in the morning. Three times a week they have these free exceptional yoga classes. The instructor, Daniella, was wonderful. She taught the class thoughtfully, including those who were new to yoga. They have free very nice air conditioned vans that can shuttle you into town and pick you up at a designated location every twenty minutes. The rooms are beautiful. Clean and large. Our room had a stunning beach view and had easy access to breakfast and the beach. This hotel lacks for nothing. 5 stars plus!!! We will certainly be back!! "

"Pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was, we had it every morning and they had slightly different options every morning which was nice. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttles run throughout the resort all the time & free. Security at the gate was also really nice and we made friends with some of them. We felt really safe at our stay, gated resort. Would definitely book again. One of the nicer & affordable resorts on Bora. It was right across from the city mall too which also had an ATM and restaurants, and anything else you could need."

"On arrival the staff was very friendly and efficient and i reached my room in no time. The room was larger than i expected and with a nice view over the city and SM right across the street. The room was fine, AC efficient, the bed perfect. The toilet room could use a new mirror but soft from that clean and fine. I was too exhausted to go out for dinner and decided to try out the on house restaurant. I was the only guest there but the baby ribs with mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked, exactly what i was after this evening. The breakfast was not included in my booking but it was possible to pay for it in the restaurant. The food offered was mostly, only(?), filippino, with chicken, rice and other dishes. The was brewed coffee which I think not that many were drinking because it seemed to have been brewed since time ago and been left standing. The morning coffee is important! There was also a dessert which I believe was made from coconut and like jelly. It was good."

"Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good. The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup created some confusion. The check-in process also felt a bit outdated—an app or online pre-check-in would streamline things and eliminate the unnecessary lines. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a bit of a tough rating—4 feels too low, but 5 feels slightly high in some areas. Overall, though, it’s a great value for what you get."
