"Excellent stay at Fosshotel Baron! Perfectly located, with excursion buses picking up right outside and many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided outstanding customer service. We were so grateful that since our room was already available, they kindly let us check in earlier after a long flight, it made such a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience!"

"Only concern is they have no accomodations forearlycheck in for flights from the west. After travelling all night for 8 hours you really don't feel like waiting another 2 to 3 hours to check in."

"Fisherman's Village is a unique and scenic place to stay just a few minutes out of the city of Reykjavic. We arrived at sunset and it was beautiful. The rooftop hot tub and wild horses on the property were a bonus. We checked in and ate at the Viking Village, (about 10-15 minutes away) but they will provide your unit number via email once payment is received. Would definitely recommend."
