"The great service started with our driver picking us up at the airport. Check in was easy and they accommodated an early arrival. We had a delicious lunch, dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Exceptional fresh local cuisine and service. They catered to our high altitude fatigue with dpecial tea. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable."

"The complementary breakfast buffet is amazing. Everything is fresh and quality foods. This is my second time here. Any time I’m planning on traveling to Cusco, Peru, this is always my first choice if availability is there. From the moment you enter the premises it feels world class. Highly recommend you give it a try if you’re thinking about it. Big plus is that you’re in walking distance to just about everything you need and want to explore in the area. "Rooms were clean but cold and if you want heat you will have to pay more. Breakfast was okay. A kettle or mini fridge in room would have been nice. There was alot of road noise and some dogs barking as it seems like a busy area. Overall it was an just ok stay."

"Excellent historic hotel in the heart of Cusco. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Hotel staff was excellent and addressing all our needs from cleaning, transportation, excursions and had a great early breakfast."

"Great breakfast buffet and have some variety everyday. Great location right next to San Pedro market. The outlets in room were very loose, closet was broken. The windows are very thin so you can hear everyone and our room was right next to the stairs so we heard when people were going up and down. No elevator. Great value though."
