A 10/10 stay. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They packed us breakfast and had it ready for us before our Machu Picchu bus ride. Rooms are big and spacious, showers have hot water. Definitely recommend staying there.

Easy check in and the staff was willing to help whenever. They allow you to store your suitcases in hole you roam the plaza. Your room is cleaned everyday. I would return to Saska.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Lovely rooms, lovely staff who went out of their way to assist us. This hotel is everything it advertises to be and we highly recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere lovely to stay in Cusco.

Excellent Downtown Hotel

This is an amazing boutique hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is close to Centro Histórico at a very safe area.

Great Service but too noisy

The staff was amazing and so courteous and they did the best to make our stay good. But it was extremely loud all through out the night from the traffic and we were not able to sleep at all

A great boutique hotel

We loved the Saska. Every staff member we met was excellent—kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The hotel was stylish and appeared new. We liked the small boutique feel. The breakfast was perfect too. Saska is a great place to stay while in Cuzco.

Everyone we interacted with on the hotel's staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was a short walk from the downtown area. We stayed here twice, and got spotlessly clean rooms on both occasions. There was some noise from the street on one night of one stay, but otherwise we slept really well.

Comfort and Luxury Packaged together

This is the best place to stay in Cusco, the staff was very friendly and cared for their clients and had assisted me all thru my stay including helping me get in touch with a reliable tour company for my trip to Machu Pichu The breakfast was simply amazing. Very healthy options and a wide variety.

Cusco Base Hotel UK Couple

We are a English couple wanting a base to see the wonders of the sacred valley and Rainbow mountain and Cusco as a city. Saska Boutique looked within our needs and price range, it was approx 10 mins from the main square. We were not disappointed, the Reception staff particularly (Alfred) was great help. The buffet breakfast and staff was great. We also has an issue that the hotel sorted out with no hassles. I would recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel located maybe 15 minutes from the plaza. Nearby are small markets, pharmacy and some restaurants. This hotel was clean, had excellent beds and spacious rooms for a family of 4. Taxi to the airport was 10 soles. Hot water was gone after 1 shower but I heard thats common in Cusco. Overall, would recommend this hotel to those looking for a comfortable stay and don't want to be close to the plaza.

Nice property with all the basics you need. The room and bed are big. The options for breakfast are varied and good, with the add-on that you can get filtered Peruvian coffee “created” and served in front of you. Location wise, the hotel is close to the Inca / Peru Rail offices which was perfect for us. However it’s a 15 min walk up to the historical area. This wasn’t an issue for us and actually meant the room was quieter. Staff is friendly and attentive

Wonderful staff!

The staff at Saska Boutique were wonderful! They were very helpful with anything we needed. We travelled as a group of 3 couples and we speak primarily English. The only complaint is the street noise. This is not a fault of the hotel but rather a comment about Cusco in general. You do need to deal with honking horns, dogs barking, and fireworks all hours of the day and night. We recommend packing ear plugs.

Two very problematic things. 1. My wife suffered from altitude sickness causing nausea and vomiting. Night one, she was unable to make it to the bathroom in time and made a small mess on the floor. In the middle of the night instead of leaving her vomit for the maid to clean, she used bath towel to wipe down the area herself and placed the towels in small pile in the corner. At the end of our stay, they charged us for the towels because “they were too dirty to wash and had to throw them away. For us, this was a violation of proper customer service. 2. The showers are terrible. The hot water fluctuates between room temp and scolding. Cannot keep the water at a constant temperature no matter how hard we tried.

The hotel was nice. The problems we had were that there was no air conditioning and there was a radiator that was putting off heat even though it said it was off. With highs in the mid 70's each day the room got pretty warm. This made it hard to sleep. The bed being hard as a rock also made it quite difficult to sleep. When we asked about possibly getting a fan the staff was not helpful. The shower would have been great if the water would hold the temperature. After turning it on it would bounce back and forth from too hot to stand under to freezing cold. There was no way of regulating it. Our floor looked clean but after walking on it, it was clear that it was quite dirty. The good thing about the hotel was the location. It was close to the city center but far enough away that it wasn't super congested with people. It was also located about a block from the bus station which made it very easy to get to our bus to Machu Picchu. Overall our stay wasn't bad. We had a great time in Cusco, but if we were to come back again would likely choose to stay somewhere else
