There was no hot water for the jacuzzi tub. The front desk sent someone to the room. He was able to get hot water but it barely came out of the faucet. It took 45 minutes to fill enough to use the jacuzzi jets. When I turned on the jets rancid water shot out which caused my 45 minutes worth of water to stink. There is no a/c. I asked for a fan. No fan. Was instructed to open the windows. Only 1 window opened - the other was welded closed. Had noise from the street all night and the room was too warm. Not impressed and definitely cannot recommend.

This hotel was great. Perfect location to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool and gym were super clean ans well kept. The restaurants had great and delicious food and the drinks were amazing.

Nice hotel but very noisy

Nice hotel and nice view but very very noisy, like honking in the main street below day and night ... Nice views and nice restaurant on top. Note that check out is strict at 10am!!

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding, especially as I dealt with an issue with LATAM; they went above and beyond to assist me. The building’s elevator is a welcomed convenience, as every step at 3,500 meters above sea level is no small feat. The view from the 12th-floor bar is truly breathtaking. While the room felt a bit outdated, this was reflected in the price, making it overall a good value for the stay.

This is a lovely place to stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are incredibly clean, with an amazing view of the city! The hotel seems quite family oriented with mainly other Peruvians staying, and so if you’re a tourist looking to meet people or if your Spanish is not proficient, this may not be the best hotel choice for you. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Plaza de Armas with more restaurants/tourist areas, but I didn’t mind at all and had no problem walking home in the evening as a solo young woman. I recommend this hotel!

I didn’t get my VIP discount. They did let me stay late but didn’t communicate to the next staff member so it was awkward when they wanted to charge me. Dining experience was nice but food isn’t that great. Tub and shower were nice, laundry service was convient. Bed and pillows are hard. A fan would have been nice.

Ok hotel and amenities, asked for an extra bed before I got there, ended up with a crib. When we asked for a bed they said ok but wanted to charge an extra nightly fee. We went without the extra bed and they still Charged extra to have another person in the room. Slightly disappointed as this could have been communicated in the conversation before I got there but was lost in translation.

Second of our trip to Cusco: We were assigned to room 902 which has no heater in a cold room, no hair dryer, no hand towels, no fridge for our food and toilet doesn’t flush well. After check in, we requested a few things to our room at the reception including bagged breakfast for next day due to early tour. None of the things we got per our request. We finally got a room change to 703 on the next day. It might sound like a petty complaint but it is a legitimate VIP hotel access that never happened on this second round. Overall, the rest of stay was great other than the fist day hiccups.

Mucho que mejorar

El hotel requiere algo de mantenimiento, y cambio de luces en las habitaciones, ya que se ven muy oscuras, el agua en la reghadera no se mantiene a una temperatura estable, cambia de frio a caliente permanentemente, lo que hace muy complicado el proceso de bañarse. Durante el tiempo de estadia repararon el unico ascensor que tenian, por lo que tuvimos que subir y bajar escaleras, hasta un 7mo piso
