"My situation was complicated. I came in on a reservation pre-booked and paid with an Affirm digital credit card. The card was invalidated as an option by the other vendor on the reservation through Expedia , a bundled purchase of car and stay. The car rental company “enterprise “ in Provo Utah, Airport. The Enterprise vendor overcharged the line of credit allotted, and therefore caused an issue with method payment at Best Western. When I arrived, the card was declined. Shocked ! The staff was very understanding listened to my situation and then was able to accept my digital credit card payment. And they charged me what they said they would explained the incidental coverage fee and how everything would work. No problem. It was a simple as typing in the numbers. When I needed an additional fourth night, it was not an issue to receive payment. My entire stay was lovely. The pool, exercise room and coffee with breakfast all wonderful. The staff was warm & welcoming, I felt completely safe and comfortable traveling alone as a woman. I would definitely return and pay directly . Yay Best Western Provo !"
