The person on the phone did not understand english well, but I was able to use google translator. Tell them that you booked through expedia or whatever service. The staff was amazing. "The facility is very old. Especially the bathroom at the own room is not clean and comfortable at all. If the hotel wants to continue the business, it is high time to renew the facility. The buffet style dinner was so so. "

"This hotel is wonderful. Friendly staff and a fantastic range of pools in the onsen. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bef feels like a cloud. Breakfast is a bit manic with other desperate guests, and not a wide western option - but great quality."
