"We loved our experience! The staff were super helpful with everything we needed. We had 15 guests with age ranging from 1 - 82 and the staff were able to accommodate our schedules and needs.
Francisco in the akumal property - was so helpful with our whole family! He checked on us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed!
We will be back for sure-- so much more to explore there!"

"Do no stay at this hotel. My reservation thru Expedia was not honored something about didferent mgt. now I’m fighting with Expedia to get my money back. Please do not believe pictures on site. This place is a joke. No spa no room service, one restaurant only open from 8-11 in morning. Place is old, had a broken toilet"
