"I stayed 3 nights at Melia Vinpearl Hue and had an amazing time there. The hotel is located in the biggest building of the city so you can see it from far away. It is in juxtaposition with the Vinpearl mall so it is convenient to go there and get things you need for groceries or snack! The amenities are beautiful and well maintained by the staff. Attention to detail is definitely noticeable. We booked the room with lounge access which felt very VIP. The lounge has a great view of Hue so it’s awesome for pictures and to relax. You get free drinks and snacks which we enjoyed everytime we went there. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever had in Vietnam. They are usually deceiving but this one had amazing food choices. Either you want vietnamese, asian or western food, you wouldn’t be disappointed. Gym is big enough for you to do your sets and swimming pool always has staff and is quite a big one for a hotel. Only downside during this experience is that the room was a tad underwhelming, could get a bit of a refreshing design. Our shower sink would get full so it needs a bit of drainage. That being said, we had a blast at Melia Vinpearl Hue and we recommend this hotel when you are in Hue! 🙌"

"This is probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn't because they felt they had to be nice but genuinely all just seemed to be lovely people who couldn't do enough for me. Without trying to sound trite, it really was nice to come back to every time as they all seemed so pleased to see you. I thought I would be late arriving, as there was an issue on the railway line from Da Nang, so I messaged the hotel. Unlike most places I contact, the reply came back almost straight away. They welcome I got when I arrived was so warm, and the property so beautiful, I immediately booked for an extra night and would happily have stayed forever. I had a spa with Su, which I think originally should have been 60 minutes. However it took as long as it needed to and rather than just being a set massage from the menu, it was entirely suited to my needs and I felt incredible after. The amazing manageress informed me at breakfast on my final day, that the railway line was again closed but she arranged a private car, that cost me less than the Grab I had to get on the way there. The driver did a detour via the spectacular Hai Van Pass and stopped at the top for me to admire the view at my own pace. I would love to back to this hotel or the other one they have. I even purchased a bottle of the scent you can smell throughout the hotel, to remind me of my stay."

"Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Our room, whilst quite large, didn't have a window and the black furnishings weren't to our taste and also highlighted dust in, for example, slatted bathroom door. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Dinner not served in the hotel, but lots of excellent options close by."

"Clean Room-Exceptional staff-Beautiful Property -Great Location for getting to the sights and train with short taxi ride though just Ok for walking around due to traffic and limited sidewalk space. The staff was exceptional. Vy helped tremendously in assisting with logistics to maximize our limited time in Hue. Alice at the phenomenal buffet was very attentive and friendly through out our hours long feast:) Tranquil refreshing ( chilly at night) pool and lovely Saunas , steam and hot stone, within impeccably clean expansive shower area with helpful attendant. We wish we had more nights to enjoy our stop at Indochine Palace. "

"The hotel staff were very attentive to all of my needs. Check-in was prompt. I used the pool which was small, but a good depth for a swim. My room was great and breakfast was superb. There was an excellent choice of foods. Grwat views from the restaurant too. I wish I could have been staying more than 1 night."
