"Everything about this hotel is excellent from the staff, rooms, pool, restaurant, and facility. It just happened to be my birthday on my stay here and it seem that the entire hotel staff knew. Everyone from house keeping, security, restaurant staff and front desk all wishing me a happy birthday. I believe they picked up that it was my birthday from my passport at reception. I felt so welcome here. "

"We stayed in Palace Deluxe - very nice room. Amazing pillows and bedding. Loved the pool and breakfast. Very friendly staff. They have live music (jazz) in the lounge a few nights a week, which we enjoyed. We had a wifi issue but called the front desk and they had in fixed in 5 minutes. Nice neighbourhood; small pond and walking path close by. There is an also a lovely temple next door. We coordinated a driver (Tan) via hotel Concierge (Johnny). Johnny helped us plan the route for the day- we had an amazing tour and topped it off with a boat ride down the Perfume River. Thanks to the team at Indochine Palace."

"We can't fault our experience at the Silk Path. From the late check in, welcome snack, to the sumptuous breakfast buffet in an elegant dining room through to the lovely gardens and pool area, all was beyond expectations. Due to the typhoons perhaps there were few other quests but that is not a reflection on the hotel or it's staff. Would definitely stay at this or other Silk Paths again. "
