"the staff went above and beyond to make this a special birthday for my husband. There was an alarm that went off in the morning and the staff was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make guests feel welcome after having to evacuate the rooms haha. "

"Great service, helpful desk staff will all our questions. Underground parking is pretty spacious (mid-size compact, can't speak for SUV/trucks), despite some confusion with elevators. Room was definitely a bit older, only complaint was the air vent above one of the beds had some dust bunnies. We booked this at 5AM after having our other hotel cancelled last-minute, and the staff here were super accommodating. Would definitely come again! "
