"Elaine on reception was absolutely amazing, very kind helpful and just a nice person. Would deffo come back to this hotel. Food was beautiful and really enjoyed the Jacuzzi etc. Very clean big rooms. Huge bed , very comfortable night sleep. "

"Parking is convenient. Staff in reception and in the Sky bar for dinner were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one thing I would raise is that I knew on a Monday the Sky bar did a se t dinner menu for £17.95 for two courses - but when we arrived we were only given the a la carte menu and no mention was made of the option (its Sun and Mon only from 4pm) of the set menu (which has a lot of the a la carte menu options on it and it is much cheaper) so I had to ask - as soon as I did it was offered but if I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have been have been given the option. Overall though a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. "
