Hotels with Breakfast in Sicily

"This is a 5-star hotel, but for 2 reasons, it’s not operating at the 5-star level. To be fair, let me list the good things first. The physical plant is excellent. The room looks and feels brand new. Everything is top notch and works flawlessly. It is spacious, with high ceiling, and a very comfortable bed. "Perfect location, close to everything "

"We stayed 2 nights. The room was excellent. The bathroom was large and contemporary. Giuseppe (owner) did a complete renovation in 2004-06. Location was within walking of almost all major attractions. Parking included. Breakfast was great. Giuseppe is a premier owner. When we got disoriented arriving by car, he met us and ushered us in. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation."

"This hotel is exceptional in every way. It is absolutely gorgeous- inside & out. The location is ideal- right on the water and close to everything, as well as very safe. The ceilings, the canopy bed, the tiles in the bathroom, the flooring, the stairwell- everything was beautiful and it is the absolute cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was great, with fill-your-own cannoli, pastries, yogurt and more. I hope I can return to beautiful Siracusa and I will definitely be staying...

"I would definitely come here again. The owners/staff were wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and with a great seaview. It is a short walk to the piazzas, restos and shopping. The parking fee is worth it since there is nowhere to park in the city unless you are a resident. Once we arrived, we did not use our rental car again until it was time to leave. If you are going to Taormina, I highly recommend this charming, very personal hotel. Seeing Mt. Etna was a treat. "

"We stayed at the hotel Royal for 2 nights in October. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the centre, however it is up quite a steep hill, so if you have a lot of baggage it’s not ideal. The room itself was ok, not as nice as the one shown in pictures but the bed was comfortable. Sadly the room smelled of feet and we had no toilet seat and had request one.One of the main reasons for booking was the jacuzzi, however we later found it was €30 per couple per hour to use.
