"Superb. Elegance, opulence, history, luxury. Staff attentive, thoughtful and charming. Beautiful and tasteful modernisation of a wonderful building, with plenty of historic details left to marvel at. We had the most wonderful stay here and will return."

"Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels.
There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience."
