"A charming boutique hotel in a wonderful setting, facing the mediterranean sea, the blue light or deep turquoise water. Ortigia is simply amazing. We love the hotel offering us bikes which is super convenient way to bik around the island. The staff are friendly but to the level of the property's hard feature. Not sure this is a good way to describe it. One more thing, we used valet parking but if you need parking, do ask for options beforehand."
