"The staff was welcoming, while the view of the giant mosque and canal was magnificent at night from the executive room which costed very little. The location was close to coffee shops, cafes, shopping, massage, Little India, and the National Monument. The AC worked very well. However, the hotel is quite old, I needed to spray for bugs daily, and toilet paper wasn't provided. The receptionist told me that the hotel is under "new management." This is the only time I can remember complaining...

"hotel was very clean and new. staff were very friendly, however, inexperienced. we asked for morning calls three days in a row and they always accepted cheerfully. the calls never came on all three days. staff also spoke little english."

"I checked in and out probably 15 minutes after that. The room was dirty, the bathroom was awful. I booked for 4 days but i did not stay any nights. Be careful when you book this facility because the review and photos provides, somewhat kind of misleading. "
