"once I first check in they gave me a terrible room smoking which bothered me alot - since my flight arrived late and I already paid the whole room from the day before. next day they changed in a better room 10th floor however the ceiling was leaking with water, I told them they were supposed to fix but it continued to leak time to time. on the other hand side the complementary water was good. I enjoyed the autopark alot. the bed was so comfortable and clean. only the toilet was a bit smelling."

"Came to watch the boxing with my son. These guys were amazing helping us with an earlier check in and later check out. The food was amazing, chefs personally came to talk to us. The bar staff and staff in all the hotel were amazing. Would 100% stay here again this was a superb place!"
