"The unit needs to maintain better and the aircons has to be cleaned on routinely basis. The aircons are full of dust. The windows locks need to change and some are defective. Can be improved overall"

"Pool was closed for 3 days over 4 of our stay. Very good location in town. Corridors can be noisy and smelly because of the other guests and appartments overloaded of people. Beds were very comfortable, ac worked well. There is a kitchen but nothing to cook. Very good price for what we got."

The housekeeping & reception as well as the staff at the bar are very friendly and because of that i feel very welcomed whereby I invited many of my friends to stay there again a few days after my first visit. BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. Some of my friends come to try the banana boat. So we said that's fine, we'll play...

"Do take note on the policy stating to contact the host 24-hrs before check-in for instructions. Although I'm not sure if they will respond since the host was totally unreachable on the check-in day. My family and I waited for over 1 hr but ended up booking a new stay as recommended by the customer service :)"
