"I am generally a really big fan of the Sofitel family of hotels and The Sofitel Rittenhouse is no exception. Great location (it's in the center of everything) and superb service. It is an older hotel, so the rooms are little dated and there is obvious wear and tear on the furniture, but the beds are still the best beds to sleep on in the industry (in my opinion). If you don't mind a little retro charm to your hotel, then this place is great. "

"Our biggest takeaway from our stay was how much we liked the staff. We had great help from the desk staff, the valets and the maids. We had breakfast in the Palm Room and our waiter Harris did an excellent job. He has very good customer service skills. I would highly recommend this Hotel."

Valet parking was easy and convenient. The view was so pretty from the blacony. The heated pool was so relaxing and not crowded. The hotel is very clean. This will be a go to hotel whenever we visit Philly."
