"The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great, but the positives end there. This hotel has very outdated amenities, including a broken ice machine on the second floor. Worst of all was the bathroom hygiene. It was completely unacceptable—there was hair on the floor and in the tub, a strange powder substance along the edges, and visible urine on the toilet and surrounding floor. There is also no bathroom exhaust fan for ventilation. The management needs to address these severe cleanliness issues immediately."
