"I was looking forward to having a great time at Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport but was throughly disappointed. On the first night, the room had roaches hiding under the coffee machine and long hair strands on my pillow. After demanding a new room the next day ,I received a slightly cleaner room ,but wasn't sure if it was cleaned. The Ottoman was dirty and had lots of bruises, the couches had visible stains and had me wondering exactly what kind of stains were on them and I was repulsed and couldn't enjoy myself or sleep well. I was too busy to complain and ask again and just dealt with it. Even during breakfast it was super noisy, children were running around everywhere as though it was a playground. This was a hotel! Honestly the night rate was way too high and the manner in which the hotel was advertised was completely false. I would never recommend this establishment."
