Hotels with free breakfast in Pennsylvania

"If it wasn't for the bartender being nice, we would have given this a lower review. Booked a king bed and was placed in a room with a single queen. When we complained they repeatedly tried to gaslight us as if we weren't capable of knowing a bed measurement. They were 1 hour late letting us in to our reservation that we had booked for months, causing us to be late for our event. We demanded free drinks and they wrote that down and then claimed it was free dinner that was requested (second time trying to gaslight us, so I once again informed them that we already had dinner plans and wanted drinks). The whole first night the air conditioner was broken and it was blowing heat on us when it was 78 degrees outside ruining our sleep. The thermostat said 65, it was certainly much hotter. When we asked for repairs we were told we would have to wait for mid morning for the repairs. I demanded another couple of drinks for the inconvenience of having to sweat it out for the night. Got the bar to be told that they only give out free well drinks. After complaining again we were able to get better cocktails with our drink tokens. Very clean and the records were cool but I won't stay there again because there were SO many issues. Also, if you use more than one towel, ask for extra up front. They only give the bare minimum."

"When we checked in it was already 10 pm. We walked into our room that was 77 degrees. We thought we had it set to cool, however after 45 minutes it was up to 79 degrees. We called the front desk and they initially made us seem like idiots that didn’t know how to use the control panel. Eventually someone came down to look at it and told us that it was certainly broken but they needed to go see what they could do about it. He came back and told us we could stay in the sweltering room until 8 am when maintenance came back on staff, or move rooms. We opted to move rooms, assuming it would be an equivalent room. Although it was another king room, it was smaller. We were glad that on an extremely busy weekend they were able to accommodate moving us, however we wish there had been some follow up or offer of compensation for the smaller room. "

"Enjoyed the upgrade (paid) to the 2 bedroom. Beautiful view of the slopes from the floor leveled outdoor terrace. Great location to the arcade and indoor waterpark. Unfortunately, our fire place didn’t work. Called, but nobody came. Went snow tubing during the evening. Picked a great time, less crowds. It became crowded shortly after. 2nd day (Saturday) was spent at the indoor waterpark. Very crowded!! Suggest getting there before 10:30 am to find a table / chairs or book a cabana. There was nothing left by noon. Next time I will know how to plan better, we enjoyed ourselves and plan to return during the summer months to check out the outdoor activities. Shuttles are convenient when it’s crowded & parking. "
