"The doors were closed when we arrived and there was no signs or anything that you had to go around (they don't think?). Lucky the bar in the same building guided me to the other entrance. Same thing regarding elevators to rooms and elevators to parking, NO SIGNS. The worst is the parking garage, dark, no SIGNs at all. You see "Salida" but not arrow on what direction. We almost crash head on with another car that was going down the ramp when we were going up the ramp. We waste so much time trying...

"The location of the property is found via a very rough dirt road. When we arrived, the place literally looked abandoned. The surrounding grounds were so unkept, it looked like it hadn't received maintenance in years. We were the only guests in 2 days. Many issues: 1 staff member, no restaurant available, no wifi in room, pool deck and terrace deck were unsafe with twisted rotten boards with screws and nails popping out everywhere, no security, no spa, sauna and hottub extra $$ to use, no in...

"Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. "

"Reserve una cabaña familiar de 8 personas y al llegar al sitio me dicen que tengo asignada solo una habitación para 6 personas. Ni la señora encargada de las cabañas, ni expedía, ni yo pudimos contactarnos con la dueña. Muy irresponsable de su parte. Nos vimos obligado a buscar una cabaña en temporada alta, gracias a Dios encontramos y pudimos mejorar el fin de semana. "
