"Breakfast is good. The usual offerings good variety. They have a nice restaurant as well for supper open till 10 PM and I had a nice enjoyable meal there as well. A good place to rest, and the staff are really friendly going out of their way to make you feel welcome."

"La atención de todo el personal extremadamente amable y atentos, muy respetuosos y de verdad nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La atención del chef digna de destacarse también. Lo negativo lamentablemente fue el hecho de que en Chillán había muchísimo humo de leña el cual se filtraba al hotel llenando los pasillos de este. Las habitaciones también con el aire enrarecido. Las alarmas de humo se activaron desde las 4am en adelante interrumpiendo nuestro descanso las dos noches que estuvimos. La segunda noche nos dimos cuenta que había una puerta abierta en las escaleras y al cerrarla después de unas horas bajó la cantidad de humo. Sugeriría instalar extractores de aire en cada piso y además un purificador por habitación o uno de mayor capacidad por piso. También notamos que cambiaron Los colchones y los de ahora sí que son mucho más cómodos, solo queda cambiar las almohadas por unas más confortables y no tan altas. De nuevo muchas gracias por el trato cordial."

"Only reason I say 4 stars is because there happened to be a company that rented the complex. The music was was very loud at all times of the day and late night. Also the alcohol consumption got a bit out of had. Otherwise, the service was extremely good, friendly and great breakfast. The location is extremely secluded. "
