Hotels with free airport shuttle in Nepal

"Hotel room not as described. In room amenities not as described. Room infested with cockroaches and hotel kitchen infested with rats. Had no choice but to stay the first night as vulnerable guests had already fallen asleep by the time i realised all of this. Checked out the next morning and claimed refund for unused nights. Hotel refused to refund first night saying Expedia takes commission so they lose money (that really should not be something hotel passes onto me). I had a completely...
