"Overall property was pretty good with garden area and outside dining. Food was acceptable. Off the main road and so less dust and traffic noise. Fan and AC unit worked. Room not as clean as it should be. Main problem, they had screen doors on each room which made a loud banging noise every time they were closed. With about 20 rooms that can make for a lot of unpleasant noise especially at all hours of the night. Also lots of people were smoking in all of the nice outside areas, not in the rooms...

"Our group of 7 students and faculty from my college had an incredible stay at Kasara Resort in Chitwan National Park. From airport transfers to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The resort was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Rooms were comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent—professional, welcoming, and attentive. The food at the on-site restaurant was a highlight. Each meal was fresh and flavorful, and the servers were courteous and professional, enhancing every dining experience. We also enjoyed two game drives, both of which were outstanding. A special thank you to our dedicated naturalist, Sujan. His knowledge of the flora and fauna of Nepal was impressive, and he took time to educate and inspire our entire group. He made the wildlife experience truly memorable. The resort staff even helped us check in and secure boarding passes at the airport—just one more example of their incredible service. Kasara exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan, especially academic or student groups."
