I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we found the bedsheets to be dirty and covered in hair, which was completely unacceptable. When we called reception to report the issue, we were told that no staff were available to assist. Instead, they simply sent up a new bedsheet and left it to us to change it ourselves. This lack of basic cleanliness and customer service is not what you expect from any hotel. It made our stay uncomfortable and showed a clear lack of attention to guest experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Very convient to the airport.

This hotel is about a five minute walk from the airport and was very handy when I missed a flight. It was as nice as any hotel I have stayed at in Nepal, with a/c and private bathroom . The shower is open to the entire bathroom, typical of Nepal. The beds were nice and clean. I ate breakfast (mostly Indian food) and did not get sick (lol). The taxi back to the airport was 200 rupees.

"Boutique" is a stretch. However, for a budet traveler it is okay.. Comfortable bed but no A/C, and windows difficult to open. Semi-clean flloor and bathroom, but kind staff. Was okay for a close-to-airport in-and-out stay.

Close to Airport and they have shuttle service, average 3 star hotel. Staffs are very friendly clean restaurant. Most of the tour companies will pick you up the hotel for your tour.We are here right now and Nepal had heavy rain and road got damaged and lots of tours are canceled. I initially booked for a day and return from tours and come back to stay here for 3 days now they are nice enough to stay here for entire vacation because all tours cancelled

This place was great! Very close to the airport so only a 5-10m walk. Everyone there is very polite and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and even though it is in a busy area, it was still quiet and peaceful. My only negative was that the breakfast selection was quite small but it was still tasty. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Great staff! Food (whatever I had) pretty good. Super close to airport. Problem areas: 1) ambient noise (dogs barking at night), cleaning/maintenance staff can be whistling and loud at times. 2) shower hot water takes time heating and takes time cooling. Would I go there again? Yes!

Very courteous and friendly staff, from the doorman to front desk and wait staff. Reasonably priced, Food options in breakfast buffet wasn’t extensive but decent & had hot meal options and u can order additional dishes. Room accommodations are comfortable, A/C was good. Some downside is louder sounds from corridor or next room can sometimes be heard. Need to take a 10-15 min taxi ride to main shopping district which is part of the experience
