"Had an amazing 2 night stay here, the location is incredible, set against the mountains with an endless view across the desert. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, rooms are great with good AC, especially liked the terrace off the room where you can watch the sunset, sunsets here are incredible. The breakfast and dinner was ok, not amazing, but the location and staff made up for the food quality. "

"The pictures show thatched roof buildings, but we were placed in concrete structures with no charm despite the hotel not being remotely full. The real horror show was the restaurant. Service took over 1 hour to deliver food and al food came with missing components - no bacon on the bacon cheese burger, meat loaf instead of a burger, and schnitzel that was not thined basically a pork chop in batter"

"I booked online on Expedia and paid. I arrived expecting to check in. Instead the staff insisted that the hotel had not received payment from the online platform and tried to get me to pay a second time. I refused and showed them the receipt from Expedia. "My friend and I ended our Namibia trip here and it was absolutely incredible! The views from the property are so serene and stunning. The actual architecture of the property and each individual hut is incredible. The staff was immensely helpful and patient. The food was delicious, the beds were SO comfortable. They have great guides for the game drives and excursions. We were so happy to end our trip here!"
