"Poor communication, no tea, coffee or water in the room. Very limited breakfast, eggs only. High price paid for little return apart from comfortable rooms. Would not go there again."

For examples, at the restaurant, the dishes are not that cleaned, or even though the people have good intentions, you do wait a lot for things to happen. The other thing was the towels; i know they were cleaned, but you can see that deep, they still have stains. It just leave you with a 'ah' feeling!"
