"Amazing don't actually capture how wonderfully this place is. My room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities you will find on a luxurious hotel in a big city. The lodge is perched on a hillside overlooking a huge and gorgeous valley. I can lounge on my patio seats all day looking at the valley. Breakfast needs a bit of improvement, but lunch and dinner offerings were quite delicious. Those guys will feed you to death if you let them. I definitely recommends this wonderfully...

Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...
