We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. "I like that it is very close to the Underground station, Kenton, which was very handy for travelling to see the sights. Some of the areas (restaurant) were a little worse for wear. But acceptable. "

"The trip was indeed a nightmare. The room looked like a construction site. The walls were unpainted. The TV in the living room was dropped on the floor with all the cables. (Photos are available on request on our arrival on Wednesday morning. After 3 days of complaining, workmen turned up and sanded and painted the walls while we were guests in the room!
