"cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."

"No facility in room ie hair cap, hair dryer nor ot water, coffee, tea "

"Great boutique hotel, clean and convenient location"

"Nice hotel, very clean and good service,"

"Hotel right in the center of town. "

"Good hotel for a short stay in Taiping. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was adequate—comfortable bed, small bedside table, small desk, TV, a plastic chair, small bathroom with a hot water shower. No fridge, but that’s not a big deal. The hotel is right in the center of town, which has many really great food stalls everywhere. You won’t be eating anything more than snacks in the room, trust me. I liked my stay at this hotel."

"convenient, there is a parking lot below the hotel and food court is just next to the hotel"

"Nice service "

"One of its standout features is its location, being close to Masjid Taiping. The rooms are decently maintained, spacious, and practical."

"Clean room. Clean toiley. Friendly staff. Room with windows. Muslim friendly with a prayer room and qiblat direction. Very cosy and quiet stay. Restaurants nearby. A walking distance to famous ansari cendol."

"Tricia gave us great tips on where to eat and sightsee. "

"genrally good"

"The hotel is clean and situated next to the Mall and Tesco, which is convenient. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. The down side is that the KTV Lounge downstairs play very loud music which can be heard all the way up the upper floors where I was. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but the consequence of its location being at the periphery of Taiping town and residential areas."

"Last minute inform on no rooms availability"

"Comfortable family room at reasonable rate."

"Very unpleasant stay. Room is dated and run down. Carpet worn out. Towels were also old and stained. Will never book this hotel again. "
