A Satisfying Stay

We stayed in the junior suite and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was — two king-size beds at a very affordable price. Overall, it was a satisfying stay for a 3-star hotel. There are few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience: 1. The mattresses were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. 2. Some of the furniture is a little dated — a refresh would go a long way. 3. The TV channel selection and reception were quite limited. 4. The telephone in our room wasn’t working, so we had to go to the reception for assistance. Despite these minor issues, the service and staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and responsive. Wishing Legend Inn continued success and hope to see some improvements on our next visit!

The hotel is considered clean. Except for quite a bad exercise during checked-in, overall was okay. Check-out process took a bit of a time. I believe the staff are not being given proper and adequate training on hospitality services.

The property is located in town area but the condition is rather bad. Don't be deceived by the clean reception area. When we checked into our room, there was already water flowing in the toilet as if someone was just there moments before we unlocked the door. Had to walk down to get the staff to check it as it continued to flow. There were toothpaste stain on the wall (maybe it's a petty thing for others). If you are looking to get a decent 8 hours of sleep before you continue your journey or start your day then please know the mattress here are bad. They are worn! Noises from the hallway can be heard too. So we shortened out stay!

A Pleasant Stay

A very pleasant stay we had. With its location that is near the hawker center with good food. Very convenient. The only complaint I have would be the snowy tv with just basic channels.

酒店不錯，係廁所近走廊位有水會太滑，妹妹幫小孩洗澡後，一走出來就滑倒了 😨。枕頭有邋遢。第二日食早餐，得我們一家人，去到餐廳搵唔到人，見到員工了，佢超級懶，完全唔睇唔問，之後我們問佢攞Baby chair，佢攞一張超級邋遢的俾我們，有塵有食物唔抹乾淨就走了 😡。

Keeps improving year on year

Good. Year on year see improvements in service and cleanliness. i think new management now. keep it up. Ample parking space. most other hotels with similar pricing has limited parking space

Booked a suite as the property was full. The tap water was brown. Had to leave it running for a while before the brownish water went away. The settee was dusty and dampish. The suite came with a separate room and another room with sitting area. Each room has their own separate air conditioning. On the first night, the air conditioning in the bedroom was malfunctioning. As it was late, we made do with the air conditioning from the sitting area at full blast. The next day, the staff spent the whole afternoon trying to fix the air-conditioning without success. We couldn't rest or enjoy room. In the evening, the manager offered us the key to a standard double room to spend the night. We didn't have to move our things but we had to run about the two rooms to get our things. As it was just one more night, we accepted. The next day, I asked the management whether they were going to compensate us but the daughter of the owner said NO COMPENSATION as we were given another room to spend the night. We paid for a suite n ended up in a double room n suffered while the technicians were trying to fix the air-conditioning the whole afternoon. Cheated.

Pro: Location is good. Room space is big. Cons: 1. Air cond takes times to cool. The air cond outlet direction was facing the wall instead of bed area. 2. Toilet water tank ~ need to manually adjust the pump then only the water will fill up fast. So, we leave the cover open during our stay. 3. Shower curtain was dangling. It should flow till the floor so the water will not splashed out easily.

Near eateries. Wifi sucks - keeps dropping off. Parking is at "public area" at own risk especially at the rear end of the hotel where it's quite dark, I don't see much security. SOP of staff cleaning rooms should be changed - sheets taken from rooms are left on the floor at the corridor. It's not a sight occupants want to see. was there from 9am to when we checked out at 12 noon.
