"Very comfortable stay. Bed very firm, excellent location, one block from Kimberley Street night markets. Blockout curtains and the bathroom was well apportioned. Hot water was accessed by a large square push button by the door. It's not automatic. I would happily stay here again."

"From check in, the front staff were great, attentive, offered a drink and cold towel. After minutes of entering room, they called to check if everything was good. Car lift attendant both were great in helping first timer and do say thank you to both. Finally, Harun , the attendant on my 1906 floor was superb in helping me fill the bottle water when he saw me and greeted us whenever he saw us. Pleasant stay. I will return"
