Horrible hotel

I can’t even find the words to describe how terrible this Hotel Jerai is ..!!! THE ROOMS AND THE BATHROOM ARE FILTHY.. THE SINK DRAINAGE PIPE LEAKS.. ! THE REST OF THE HOTEL IS A DISASTER ZONE ..!

Difficult to iron clothes as there are very limited. Outside were locked and difficult to iron clotes. Toilet facilities very poor and wardrobe was broken

The worst hotel I have seen.. Very bad experience.. The room is more worst.. I was there only for one and half hour and m out.. Too dust and smelly.. Not worth it on ur site these kind of hotels. Wasted money on these one.. Feel very sad.. Please remove these kind of hotels from your site. Thanks you..

Stay away, only good thing is the working AC

Stayed for one night only as my brother's house is full. Service is poor, never been greeted even at lobby or in the restaurant to eat. Breakfast time, we literally get to the table on our own and basically got our food and drinks without being greeted or approached by any wait staff who seems busy talking and we felt very unwelcome. Surface parking is convenient but would have felt safer if there are security personnel around especially at night. Location is ok, about one minute drive to downtown. Bedroom is old with ceiling stains, torn carpets, bathroom seems like stained with mold, years past update, could only get warm but not hot shower. I would definitely look for a better place to stay next time around.
