"Lovely hotel with lots of charm and character. Executive suite was spacious and the Executive Lounge had good wine, a few nibbles, and great staff. Service in the room was a little hit and miss, with no replacement toiletries provided, a robe being taken but not replaced, empty wine bottle removed from room but then left outside for 24 hours, used glasses not replaced from morning to night.
