"Pillows were not great"

"It was a very comfortable stay in a perfect location, so many great brunch places and restaurants nearby in the Jewish quarter. The air conditioner was a little noisy, but after a day of wandering around the city I was too exhausted to find it distracting. "

"We arrived early but were feeling unwell. The staff were very caring and got us into our room as soon as possible, storing our lulggage ulntil we could get a room. While we waited the lobby was very comfortable. The next day we enjoyed the lemonwater and Del Norta pastries very much!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at Dean’s and would consider staying again next time. Very easy to reach and find after a late international flight. Friendly staff on the front desk 24/7. Great location for everything and I like to be on the edge of the city centre. Comfortable room and everything I needed. I didn’t go on the roof but wish I had remembered to."
