It was a very lovely apartment, clean and functional. The free bottle of wine was delicious and a nice thoughtful gift. Unfortunately we didn’t have breakfast but we saw it and for the price you receive amazing choice .

The room was exceptional, featuring comfortable beds, a sanitary bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment felt like home and was remarkably spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we were unable to enter our room when a member of our family was absent. Additionally, the buffet breakfast, wellness facilities, and overall amenities were excellent. To top it off, the reception allowed us to check in early and store items for a friend. We strongly recommend this hotel and may consider returning in the future.

Friendly and understanding staff made all the difference. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness of staff. The apartment room was quite spacious including a nice kitchen and excellent for a family of four. The location is also great with many fantastic restaurant and cafes in walking distance as well as easy access to metro and trams. Overall, we had a wonderful with the family and I would strongly recommend :)

The hotel is centrally located which is why it’s noisy. The rooms are large and comfortable but the air conditioning was disabled because the staff believed that the climate was comfortable!! I would not recomend this hotel if you like to keep your room cool. Breakfast had many options and was ample.

A mixed feeling: no complaints about the room itself, everything is excellent! But there is no hotel infrastructure, it's more like a residential complex with a reception. The room is large, bright, and good. Excellent air conditioning. Good sound insulation. However, the pool is terrible. It's a public pool with a lot of people. They don't provide towels and bathrobes.

If you are traveling on holiday to work out in a gym or relax in a SPA, then the hotel is for you. The rooms themselves are boringly decorated, or there is almost no furniture, the mattresses in the bed are hard as rocks. So if you need a room and a good place to sleep, choose another hotel.

We were given a spacious room with two bedrooms and a living room, which has a kitchen section with a set of dishes, an electric stove, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, and a kettle. The living room itself is very spacious with access to a terrace, on which there is a table and chairs. In summer, it is probably excellent. The hotel has a spa with a swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. There is also a gym. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Ferenc Liszt Square, a beautiful place with monuments, local restaurants, and cafes. The Oktogon metro is also nearby. In general, we all really liked it.

The staff on arrival were not very friendly and lazy. The room was in a anex and smelt of mould. In the morning the manager was quite the opposite and helpful and friendly and promised on our return to have things better. We shall see…

Worst hotel wellness I have ever experienced :(

I had a mixed feelings from this hotel. Size of the room was really big (bed room + living room + kitchen), breakfast was really huge and tasty. Now coming to the negatives: First very negative experience was with parking. I knew I should go to the garage but was completely lost which one is it and whether the one I found is the one I should go into. This garage was really small and ugly. Driver with less driving experience might have a problem to park as everything is so small and usually when there are 2 parking spots, only one can be used as the 2nd one is then unusable due to size. Also I was completely lost where can I park as many spaces had info about private parking and the rest had written something like Broadway what was not name of the hotel so I had no idea where to park. Better marking would definitely help. 2nd really bad experience was with wellness. I need to admit that wellness was the reason why I have chosen this hotel. This was complete disaster as no only hotel guests were in and therefore it was crowdy like hell. In small jacuzzi were around 10!! people sitting most of the time. Steam sauna had almost no steam. And classic sauna was as well full of people, all wearing swimming suit without any towels so all seats were full of water and sweat. And of course due to number of people door of sauna was being open too often so the temperature was too low. Unfortunately this experience was so negative, that I would never return here :(

The hotel is OK, but definitely not for 4*. It's outdated and there is only one elevator in it so sometimes you need to spend a lot of time waiting for it. The gym is good but overcrowded because it's public and many people from the neighborhood use it. Wifi works only in the room but not in the hallway and lobby.

Good hotel close to the main sites of Budapest. We stayed in the apartments. Was lovely and clean, large in size and comfortable. Only thing to note is that the spa and swimming pool can be very busy as it is used by locals also. If you want a relaxing quiet swim… this is rare.
