"A great place for an overnight journey break, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Room was a little dated but clean and in keeping with the style you’d expect of the period. The EV chargers were easy to use and worked without issue. Just wish we could have spent some more time there to explore."

"The staff were lovely and accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downfall: Car Park & Parking I arrived at night, and the car park isn't well-lit. Also, the markings are not clear so people are not parking correctly. This meant that I couldn't use a disabled space for my mother and had to drop her at the front and park further out. The signs for the disabled spaces weren't very clear either. The surface is also not great, which was a bit of a hazard while trying to walk through the car park, in the dark. "

"A very friendly and accommodating hotel. We loved staying at this place for 3 nights. The only downside was that on the last morning they did take away the breakfast menu selection without a reason. Then on our way out of the restaurant we noticed that some had been given a choice from the menu. Overall a great hotel though."
