Great atmosphere. Staff very efficient. Clean and tidy room and cleaned when we went out. Food amazing . Our family got together because of bereavement in the immediate area and we all stayed at there The Lion Hotel. It enabled us to get together and concentrate on our family. Lovely hotel, we were at a family party nearby. The hotel bar area is excellent and well priced. All of the staff from check in to bar and breakfast servers were excellent. The continental breakfast is a great start to the day, the full English breakfast also looked great. This was our second stay and we will be back.
