"The charged me over $350 worth of different charges along with the $125 incidental fee (which made sense) but the rest they said were an accident a would be removed. Still huge inconvenience. My room was dirty. Hair all over the floor. The front desk were not professional while checking in."

For example, in the bathroom: needed new gasket on shower (water leaked), two of the towel racks were coming loose from the wall. Hot water was out one night but quickly fixed. Just too nice a property not to be maintained."
