JP was an amazing staff member to us. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. Only thing is when we it was almost time for checkout we were asked if we are leaving before checking out. I didn’t like that and we have some time to leave before that.

Bartender, Alaina is an absolute asset!!

The service at Fairfield Inn Broomall was amazing! The front desk was friendly and helpful and the bartender, Alaina went above and beyond to make sure our whole team of about 45 people was taken care of and made to feel welcome and comfortable.
